Getting Started
If you have a mortgage with us, we will be supportive of your application to the scheme.

If you have applied for the scheme, please let us know by confirming your name, property address and mortgage account number in an e-mail to mortgage.admin@swansea-bs.co.uk

Once Your Joint Visa Application has been Accepted
Once you have heard that your joint visa application with the refugee/refugees has been accepted, please let us know by emailing your name, property address and mortgage account number to: mortgage.admin@swansea-bs.co.uk

We’ll be in touch to take you through the next steps.

Please do tell us before the refugee/refugees move into your home.

Is this scheme right for me? – Please consider your current circumstances and the financial impact of other people living in your home before applying for the scheme. You will need to continue to make your mortgage payments as normal.

Mortgages that are in payment shortfall / arrears will need to be discussed with us at an early stage and we may not be able to support your request in these circumstances.
