The Society is ready to help anyone who is concerned about their finances.


With the effects of the rising cost of living and increased mortgage interest rates, you may find yourself having trouble managing your financial affairs. Our aim is to help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible and we are on hand throughout to help.


You may have heard about the Mortgage Charter in the news recently. Please note that the Mortgage Charter only applies to customers of lenders who have signed up. At the present time, the Society has not signed up to this Charter.

Further guidance can be found on the useful links below. The Moneyhelper UK website provided by the Money and Pensions service is also a useful tool for those who;

• Are struggling to keep on top of their bills.


• Have experienced a reduction in income.

• Have recently been made unemployed or have concerns about losing their job.

For those experiencing difficulty regarding paying your mortgage, contact us to talk through what the issues are and to discuss how we can assist. Regardless of your circumstances, if you feel you need help and support, our staff are on-hand to help. Please do not ignore the problem.
