1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Swansea Building Society Prize Draw ("Prize Draw"). By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Swansea Building Society, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2.2. You may only enter the Prize Draw once.
2.3. By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you comply with all of the Terms.
3. Entry Process
3.1. Details on how to enter the Prize Draw will be clearly communicated through our social media channel or in person at specific events.
3.2. Entries must be submitted by the date stated at the time of the competition announcement.
3.3. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void.
4. Selection and Notification of Winner(s)
4.1. The winner(s) will be selected at random on the date announced by an independent adjudicator or piece of software.
4.2. The winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the draw by phone &/or Email.
4.3. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the Society reserves the right to select another winner.
