The First Adult Saver Account is a savings account designed for customers between 18 and 40. It is perfect for earning an attractive interest rate whilst maintaining greater financial freedom. Your savings are not locked away for a fixed term like some notice accounts. With our First Adult Saver account, you simply have to inform us 7 days in advance when you wish to access your savings and there is no limit to the number of withdrawals you can make.

To open a First Adult Saver Account with Swansea Building Society, you must be a UK resident and aged between 18 and 40.
0.90% GROSS / AER (variable) on balances of £1 or more- from 01.03.2022
Interest is calculated daily and added to the account half yearly on June 30th and December 31st.
For example, if you deposit £1,000.00 when you open the account, after 12 months you're going to have a balance of £1,009.00.
