The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Payment Deferral Guidance that was put in place to help support mortgage customers who were in financial difficulty due to the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) ended on 31st March 2021. This means that you are no longer able to apply for a payment deferral under these guidelines.
For those customers currently coming to the end of their payment deferral, we will be writing to you outlining the options available to you, depending on the number of months that have been deferred.
If you apply for any of these options, you will need to supply us with the following information to help us understand your circumstances. We will need:
(a) A fully completed statement of personal details (Click here)
(b) 3 months bank statements for ALL bank accounts held.
(c) A letter/email explaining your circumstances.
