If you sign up for online banking through MyAccounts, you won’t get a passbook for your savings account. However, you can still deposit, withdraw, and ask about your account in any branch, and you’ll also be able to manage your account online.
You don’t have to sign up for online access to your account. If you prefer not to use online banking, you can still visit us in person, call us, or email us.
If you want to view and manage a joint account online, and the other account holder does too, you both need to register separately for MyAccounts.
If your joint account needs both people to approve transactions (instead of just one), both of you must sign up. This ensures that any withdrawal request made by one person can be approved by the other.
If your account requires more than two signatories, please visit your local branch to request a withdrawal.

Yes. If you are authorised to operate an account on someone else’s behalf - such as a parent managing a child’s savings account or an attorney acting under a Power of Attorney - you may register for MyAccounts in your own name. You must complete the registration process using your own personal details, not those of the account holder. Once registered and verified, you will be able to view and, where permitted by the account mandate, operate the account in line with your authorised access.
