What if I forget my username?

If you forget your username click on 'Forgot my Username’ on the main log in page and enter your email address. You will receive an email to your registered email address within a few minutes with your username.

Why do I need an activation code?

Once you created your password and memorable word to secure your account, we will send you an activation code via email to verify the provided email address.  

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password click on 'Forgotten your password' on the main log in page. You will receive an email to your registered email address within a few minutes which will enable you to reset your password.

Your password must be between 8 and 20 characters, containing at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character e.g. $@!%*?&.

Please note if your account has been locked due to unsuccessful log in attempts you will not receive this email.

How can I amend my memorable word?

Once logged in your memorable word can be amended by clicking on the ‘Homepage’ on the top left corner and then selecting ‘Memorable Word’.
