The Society will consider mortgage applications from those wishing to purchase or raise finance against investment properties being rented for residential purposes.



The maximum loan to value the Society will consider for this type of property is 70% and we will require evidence that all tenancies are and will be conducted on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy basis.
